Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh whole mushrooms
  • 1 cup dry white wine or sherry
  • 2 to 3 lb. beef tips

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the undiluted cream of mushroom soup and white wine or sherry in a large bowl.
  2. Add the beef tips and fresh whole mushrooms to the mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
  3. Cook the mixture in a 300° to 350°F oven for 3 hours or in a crock-pot on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
