Instructions
- Brown sausage; drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, mustard, mushrooms, onions and cheese.
- Add cooked sausage.
- Cut crusts off bread and cut into pieces.
- Add crusts to the egg mixture; mix well.
- Put into a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° until firm and brown around the edges, about 30 to 40 minutes.
