Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 12 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 10 oz broccoli
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Put scraps of bread in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Layer Velveeta cheese on top of the bread.
  3. Add cooked broccoli and diced ham over the cheese.
  4. Arrange the donuts and holes on top of the layers.
  5. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, salt, milk, and dry mustard.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and other ingredients.
  7. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  8. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 55 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
