Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, pared and grated
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion together in a salad bowl.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise salad dressing, milk, sugar, salt, and seasoned pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly until thoroughly mixed.
