Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages orange jello
  • 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz.) can orange concentrate
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add 1/2 cup juice from the crushed pineapple and the orange juice.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Pour the mixture into an oblong dish and chill until set.
  5. Prepare the lemon pudding mix according to package directions.
  6. Prepare the Dream Whip according to package instructions.
  7. Stir together the lemon pudding and Dream Whip until well combined.
  8. Spread the pudding mixture on top of the chilled jello.
  9. Sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
