Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cherry jello
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 15 marshmallows
  • 4.5 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Make the cherry jello as directed on the package and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add the marshmallows to the hot jello and stir until melted.
  3. Soften the cream cheese and then add it to the jello mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crushed pineapple and whipped topping (Cool Whip) until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
