Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix, prepared
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare corn bread mix; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
  3. Add corn bread mixture and mix again. Place in large casserole.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
