Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Add ghee in the warm milk.
  2. Don't worry if it doesn't seem to mix well, the ghee will float on the surface.
  3. drink this mixture preferably at bedtime or 30 min before breakfast
  4. This mixture could be taken regularly, but usually when taken twice or thrice it regulates a normal bowel movement so you could take it on alternate days or twice a week suiting your needs.
