Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except rice and heat to boil.
  2. Put rice in a casserole and add the heated mixture. Bake, covered, in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
