Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. bread cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
  • 4 oz. jar mushroom pieces (undrained)
  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey

Instructions

  1. Cook, drain and rinse macaroni.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to macaroni and mix well.
  3. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
