Sweet and savory glazed ham with brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar, perfect for festive occasions and family dinners, optionally garnished with pineapple slices and cherries.

Ingredients

  • fully cooked ham
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • vinegar
  • pineapple slices (optional)
  • cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wrap the fully cooked ham in tinfoil twice and place it in a pan.
  2. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 1 to 1½ hours, depending on the size.
  3. Remove from the oven and mix together the brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
  4. Unwrap the foil and leave the ham open.
  5. Return the ham to the oven until a glaze forms, about a few minutes.
  6. Optional: Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries in the center for presentation.
  7. Brown all of it for a few minutes until nicely caramelized.
  8. If the ham is not cooked, re-wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 16 minutes per pound.
