Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for glass dish).
- In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt margarine or butter in the oven.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the melted margarine.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumbs.
- Spread semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the crumb mixture.
- Top with flaked coconut, chopped nuts, and raisins.
- Press down firmly to compact the ingredients.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool. Chill if desired.
- Cut into bars before serving.
- Store loosely covered at room temperature.
