Ingredients

  • 1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated slice and bake cookies
  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Slice the cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. Place the slices in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Press the dough over the bottom and 3/4-inch up the sides of the pan to form a crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix, pecan halves, dark corn syrup, milk, and egg.
  5. Mix well until smooth and combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes until set.
  8. Cool the pie before cutting into squares and serving.
