Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chilled whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick and 1/3 cup sugar together.
  2. Cut in margarine until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Mix in the egg until a soft dough forms.
  4. Spray a fruit tart pan with cooking spray (Pam).
  5. Work the dough toward the edges of the pan.
  6. Prick the dough with a fork.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F until brown.
