Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 Hershey bars
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavor

Instructions

  1. Bake the pie crust according to the package directions and let it cool.
  2. Melt the Hershey bars and spread the melted chocolate into the bottom of the baked pie crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, and any pudding mix if needed, until smooth.
  4. Add half of the Cool Whip to the mixture and fold it in gently.
  5. Add peppermint flavor and food coloring until the desired minty color is achieved.
  6. Pour the mint mixture over the chocolate layer in the pie shell.
  7. Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
  8. Chill the pie for at least 30 minutes before serving.
