- Combine 2 cups of flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir well to blend.
- Add softened margarine.
- Add hot water to the bowl all at once.
- Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl.
- Add eggs and 1 cup of additional flour.
- Beat with the mixer at high speed for 1 minute or until thick and elastic.
- Add enough remaining flour until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl.
- Knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. Punch down.
- Shape and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350° to 375°F for 20 minutes.
