Ingredients

  • 2 c. canned corn
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 chopped pimento
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix canned corn, chopped green pepper, and milk in a double boiler.
  2. Add beaten egg and salt to the mixture.
  3. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot over buttered toast.
