Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn bread mix, eggs, sour cream, sugar, and milk until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
