Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 c. cheese of choice, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine; add all corn, sour cream, grated cheese and corn muffin mix.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place in an oblong baking dish, approximately 8 x 11-inches, that has been sprayed with a non-stick vegetable spray.
  4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
