Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2/3 cup cheese, cut fine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons melted oleo

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream-style corn, chopped onion, chopped celery, beaten eggs, cheese, cracker crumbs, salt, and melted oleo in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
