Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.
  2. Crumble bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet with drippings, sauté chopped onion and chopped green pepper until tender.
  4. Add drained whole kernel corn and sliced green olives to the skillet.
  5. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in crumbled bacon and serve.
