Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 2/3 stick soft oleo
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 cans creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease a Pyrex dish.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in the prepared dish.
  4. Bake until the mixture is firm and golden brown, about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
