Instructions
- In a bowl, beat egg and milk until well blended.
- Add broken saltines and mix well.
- Add sugar and corn and stir until blended. Pour into greased baking dish.
- Dot top with butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
