Creamy and sweet corn pudding with crunchy saltines and buttery topping, ideal as a comforting side dish or dessert for family gatherings and holiday dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed corn
  • 10 saltines, broken
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat egg and milk until well blended.
  2. Add broken saltines and mix well.
  3. Add sugar and corn and stir until blended. Pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Dot top with butter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
