Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions
- Remove mushroom stems and chop very fine.
- Mix chopped stems with bread crumbs.
- Cut onion in half and scrape out the pulp.
- Mix onion pulp into the bread crumb mixture.
- Mince garlic very finely and add to the mixture.
- Add parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano to the mixture.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture.
- Pour a little of the olive oil into a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed mushroom caps in the dish and sprinkle with the remaining oil.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
