Corn Salsa Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 2 cups Frozen Corn, Cooked And Thawed
  • 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Can Of Diced Tomatoes
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Black Beans, Drained
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Cut Cilantro
  • 1/2 whole Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 4 whole Hamburger Buns, Split

Instructions

  1. Take 1 pound of ground beef and mix well with taco seasoning then make medium sized beef patties.
  2. Using the grill or skillet, cook these on medium heat until well done or up until your preference.
  3. I typically cook mine about 15-20 minutes total.
  4. If using a skillet be sure to add a little bit of oil or non stick spray to the skillet before cooking.
  5. While these are cooking, take a large bowl and mix the corn, tomatoes, black beans, and cilantro.
  6. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice onto the corn salsa and mix.
  7. The olive oil can be added for additional flavor.
  8. Once finished place the patty on a large hamburger bun then top with corn salsa and crunch away!
