Corn Salsa Burgers

- Take 1 pound of ground beef and mix well with taco seasoning then make medium sized beef patties.
- Using the grill or skillet, cook these on medium heat until well done or up until your preference.
- I typically cook mine about 15-20 minutes total.
- If using a skillet be sure to add a little bit of oil or non stick spray to the skillet before cooking.
- While these are cooking, take a large bowl and mix the corn, tomatoes, black beans, and cilantro.
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice onto the corn salsa and mix.
- The olive oil can be added for additional flavor.
- Once finished place the patty on a large hamburger bun then top with corn salsa and crunch away!
