Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 8 oz can Cream Style Corn
  • 1 8 oz can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Oleo
  • 1 cup Grated Swiss Cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden and set.
