Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped pimento (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 oz. macaroni
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Brown meat with onion; drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients; mix well and pour into one large or two small casserole dishes.
  3. Top with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.
  4. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
