Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 oz Cheez Whiz, regular
  • 4 oz Cheez Whiz, Mexican-style
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • cornbread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage, cook until tender, and drain.
  2. Mix the regular and Mexican-style Cheez Whiz cheeses with the cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Add the drained cabbage, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper to the cheese mixture and combine.
  4. Place the mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Top with about 1 inch of cornbread crumbs and sliced margarine.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes until the top is browned.
