Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 18 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Generously butter a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle pecan halves evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Place frozen dinner rolls in a single layer on top of the pecans.
  4. Sprinkle the dry instant butterscotch pudding mix over the rolls.
  5. Combine butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan and heat until boiling.
  6. Pour the hot butter and sugar mixture over the rolls and pudding in the pan.
  7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
  8. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. Bake the covered dish for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
