Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup purple onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sour cream, beaten eggs, creamed corn, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, and chopped purple onion.
  3. Mix until well blended and smooth.
