Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 level teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
