Cornbread - Special
A moist, flavorful cornbread with a hint of cinnamon, perfect as a comforting side for family dinners or holiday gatherings.

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together, including cinnamon.
- Put oil and egg in the dry mixture.
- Stir a drop.
- Add 1 cup of milk. Stir well.
- If too stiff, add a dollop more milk.
- Mix in.
- Put in 9 x 9-inch greased pan.
- Place in preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 25 minutes.
- It will pull away from the sides when done.
