Ingredients

  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 7 oz. can corned beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked macaroni, corned beef, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, cooking oil, salt, black pepper, and ketchup thoroughly.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish and pack the mixture in firmly.
  3. Bake, covered, at 375° to 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
