Ingredients

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, flaked
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add salad dressing and milk; mix until the mixture forms a ball.
  3. Press into a 14-inch pizza pan.
  4. Sprinkle the flaked corned beef over the crust.
  5. Mix shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and dry mustard in a bowl.
  6. Spread the cheese mixture over the corned beef.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
