Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can corned beef hash
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • dash of salt
  • 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Bake the pie shell according to package directions for 7 minutes.
  2. Place the cooled pie shell on a serving plate.
  3. Put corned beef hash into the cooled pie shell.
  4. Grate Swiss cheese and sprinkle over the corned beef.
  5. In a bowl, combine milk, beaten eggs, and flour until well mixed.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the pie filling.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
