Ingredients

  • 2 (11 1/2 oz.) cans condensed split pea and ham soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mixed vegetables
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • 1 cup packaged biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Combine the condensed split pea and ham soup, water, undrained mixed vegetables, and cubed corned beef in a pot. Bring to a boil over low heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the packaged biscuit mix and 1/3 cup water to form a dough.
  3. Spoon the biscuit dough onto the boiling stew in small mounds or dollops.
  4. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
