Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
