Ingredients

  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup Pet milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix melted margarine and crushed cornflakes, then place in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Add shredded cabbage on top of the cornflake mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream of celery soup, chopped onion, Pet milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the cabbage and cornflakes in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
