Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts or raisins (or both)
  • 1/4 c. soft style cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
  • 1 medium cantaloup or honeydew melon, cut into 8 wedges
  • lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices kiwi fruit
