Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 15 oz. whole corn
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Jiffy corn bread mix or muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Ensure the stick of margarine is soft so you can melt it.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Beat the eggs slightly.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes, or up to 1 hour until golden brown and set.
