Ingredients

  • 1 lb carton cottage cheese
  • 1 3 oz. package jello
  • 9 oz. cool whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Beat the cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Dissolve the jello in 1 cup of boiling water and let it cool slightly.
  3. Mix the cooled jello with the beaten cottage cheese.
  4. Fold in the crushed pineapple and cool whip until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then serve.
