Cottage Cheese-Pineapple-Dill Bread

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the oleo and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in cottage cheese and drained crushed pineapple until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and dried dill.
- Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the creamed mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients, mixing after each addition.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan and transferring to a rack to cool completely.
