Instructions
- 1/ 12 cup dish heat oven to 350
- 2/ Saute garlic in butter
- 3/ Add flour, stirring till bubbles
- 4/ Add cream & milk while stirring
- 5/ When thickened add cheese & spices
- 6/ Spoon 1/3 sauce in dish
- 7/ Top with half eggs & bacon
- 8/Spoon another 1/3 sauce on top & repeat egg & bacon layers
- 9/ Top with rest of sauce
- 10/ Bake 30 minutes
- Cooking time: 30 minutes.
