Ingredients

  • 18 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 pjoramound bacon(fried and crumbled)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 minced galic clove
  • 1/2 cuo flour
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. basil

Instructions

  1. 1/ 12 cup dish heat oven to 350
  2. 2/ Saute garlic in butter
  3. 3/ Add flour, stirring till bubbles
  4. 4/ Add cream & milk while stirring
  5. 5/ When thickened add cheese & spices
  6. 6/ Spoon 1/3 sauce in dish
  7. 7/ Top with half eggs & bacon
  8. 8/Spoon another 1/3 sauce on top & repeat egg & bacon layers
  9. 9/ Top with rest of sauce
  10. 10/ Bake 30 minutes
  11. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
