Instructions
- Combine the ground chuck, 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and 3/4 cup flour and mix well.
- Roll out on floured board about 1/2-inch thick and cut in 4-inch squares.
- Place in hot fat in a skillet and cook until lightly browned.
