Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. fat
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chuck, 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and 3/4 cup flour and mix well.
  2. Roll out on floured board about 1/2-inch thick and cut in 4-inch squares.
  3. Place in hot fat in a skillet and cook until lightly browned.
