Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour in melted oleo; blend with electric mixer on medium speed until mixture resembles cornmeal.
  5. Stir in chopped pecans.
  6. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
