Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) package corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together all ingredients except the cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ungreased pan or casserole dish.
  4. Bake about 30 minutes.
  5. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
