Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon or lime juice
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon or lime juice with sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until well combined.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Bake the pie crust until golden brown.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the baked crust.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and let it sit for another 20 minutes in the oven.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  7. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
