Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb crabmeat
  • 1/2 lb small shrimp
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
  • 2 packages frozen peas, thawed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix crabmeat, small shrimp, chopped green pepper, parsley, cooked rice, mayonnaise, thawed peas, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour until heated through and golden on top.
