Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 small yellow onion

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped onion in a quart casserole dish.
  2. Top with shredded Colby cheese.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F or until the cheese is bubbling.
  4. Serve with toasted wheat crackers.
