- Preheat broiler.
- Drain and flake crab meat.
- Combine crab, sour cream, Swiss cheese, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each Melba toast round and spread to the edges with a spatula.
- Place the prepared rounds on a cookie sheet.
- Broil about 4 inches from the broiler for 4 to 5 minutes or until tops are bubbly and lightly browned.
