Crab Crisps are savory appetizers featuring flaky crab meat combined with sour cream, Swiss cheese, and onion soup, spread on Melba toast and broiled until bubbly and golden.

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 package Melba toast rounds

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Drain and flake crab meat.
  3. Combine crab, sour cream, Swiss cheese, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each Melba toast round and spread to the edges with a spatula.
  5. Place the prepared rounds on a cookie sheet.
  6. Broil about 4 inches from the broiler for 4 to 5 minutes or until tops are bubbly and lightly browned.
